2012 is gone. I could be telling you all of the wonderful things that happened for me last year, but I'm not. It was actually the negative experiences and low points that made 2012 significant for me. If things had gone "perfectly" I would not have learned any of the valuable lessons that I did. I would still have my head up my arse and would not appreciate the people I have around me and what they do for me.
This isn't a sob story, nor do I want sympathy, I'm thankful for everything that happened and am very excited to move on. 2013 looks to hold a summer of racing, training, travelling, leaving school and growing up (practical jokes aside). I don't normally do New Years resolutions, but this year it's simple - be happy and get results.
